The Salvation Army Camp Woodlands

We would like to thank the staff for inviting us to the camp to present a Taekwondo class as part of the camp's daily activities. A special thank you to all the participants and their helpers. Campers learned some basic punching, kicking and blocking techniques. The class concluded with a demonstration of board breaking. Many thanks to Francisco for his assistance and his excellent board break.
